Ingredients

radishes (or jicama or the ever-surprising kohlrabi), chopped or sliced

unripe (i.e. still crunchy) mango, chopped or sliced

lime juice

mint or cilantro

Directions

Mix together radishes, mango, lime juice and mint (or cilantro).
